大旺新能源汽车产业城概念性总体规划及专项规划编制国际竞赛于2021年11 月 29日～2021年12月13日发布竞赛公告，得到了众多国内外设计单位的热烈响应。提交参赛申请文件截止后，竞赛主办单位及承办单位于2021年12月20日组织召开了资格预审会，并组织资格预审委员会对各参赛申请单位提交的文件进行评估和评选，择优评选出5家正式参赛单位（含联合体，下同）及2家备选参赛单位,名单如下：
